Ricarda's Toronto

Goldie and Luis chose Ricarda's Toronto for its soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and striking contemporary architecture. Rather than competing with the space, every design decision we made was to complement it. We used a palette of soft whites, blush, and delicate peach florals along with drapery to soften the industrial backdrop, allowing the ceremony to feel romantic while preserving the clean, architectural character that makes Ricarda's so distinctive.

Their Hindu ceremony embraced tradition without feeling expected. A floral mandap framed by natural light, thoughtfully selected rituals, and intentional spacing created an atmosphere that felt intimate despite the scale of the venue. Following the ceremony and cocktail hour, guests transitioned into a reception where long communal tables, understated bud vase arrangements, glowing candlelight, and refined place settings encouraged conversation as much as celebration.

Guest experience remained at the heart of every decision. Interactive food stations, a sumptuous buffet, a live wedding painter capturing the celebration in real time, beautifully presented desserts, and carefully considered hospitality moments ensured the experience felt as memorable for family and friends as it did for the couple.

This celebration reflects our philosophy that exceptional wedding design isn't about adding more, but rather it's about making thoughtful choices that allow the venue, the traditions, and the people in the room to shine together. The result was a wedding that felt elegant, welcoming, and unmistakably personal.

Whether you're planning a Hindu wedding, a multicultural celebration, or simply love the idea of pairing modern architecture with timeless floral design, we hope this gallery offers inspiration for what's possible at Ricarda's Toronto.
