We understand that our couples have demanding careers, family commitments, and busy schedules, so we offer flexible meeting times and communicate proactively to keep planning moving forward. At the same time, the best partnerships are built on mutual respect for one another's time. We work together to schedule meetings, establish clear timelines, and ensure decisions are made when they're needed, allowing the planning process to remain thoughtful, organized, and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Our goal is not to be available every hour of the day. Our goal is to be present, responsive, and provide thoughtful guidance when it matters most.

Our planning expertise is focused on weddings and select corporate events. By specializing in these celebrations, we're able to bring the depth of experience, thoughtful guidance, and level of service our clients expect.

Every wedding is staffed with a minimum of two Events by Whim team members. The size of your planning team is determined by the scope, complexity, guest count, logistics, and unique requirements of your celebration.
